1. It's St. Patrick's Day. It's the day to sport my proud Irish Heritage, eat Reuben Sandwiches, watch 'Darby O'Gill and the Little People', wear green to work...and everywhere else I go as to not get pinched. I love St. Patrick's Day.
2. It's my best friend Kristine Herlevi's birthday! Lucky girl to have been born on St. Paddy's Day. Kris and I have been friends since the good old days of Orchestra class in High School. She's a smarty pants, that girl. She's down in Vegas going to Med School as a PA. One of these days when she's rich she'll fly me, Ryan and Michelle out to Europe to visit her and the hub in their summer home in Finland, where her ancestors are from. She'll bake us a delicious array of fine Finnish cuisine as we sit on the Lanai and then roam the country side....
Ok, back to Kristine. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL!!!! ...TOMORROW!!...(but sine I now can't use internet at work I figure I gotta get this on here before the end of the day tomorrow).
