This week I've been so focused on Faith. I've felt that I've been lacking in that department lately and I really want to re-focus on it.
I'm trying to focus back on putting Faith in Heavenly Father when it seems that things could be better in life. Knowing that he has a divine plan and that really I need to hang on for the ride, do my part, and know that he's in charge. If I'm doing everything I can there's no reason to fear, or fret, or get discouraged.
I read this quote on Pinterest today.

I thought about that.
When I'm in the car thinking out loud as I usually do, and day dreaming, what do I day dream about? Usually it's that I have an unlimited amount of money and I'm dreaming of building my parents a beautiful home where all of us can visit and not feel crammed. I dream of getting them new cars (something they haven't had in...who knows how long, something reliable). I dream that in that new home is a large jetted tub for my Mom to soak all her cares and worries away. I dream that there is a library for my dad, a place where he can put all his many books. I dream that there is a craft room where my Mom can sew, and teach us all how to sew; have little sewing project days. I dream of a place where they don't have to worry about paying a mortgage. But I especially dream that they won't have to worry about finances; where my Mom can be a Grandma and not have to work at her school anymore, and stress over her students, but retire and enjoy life. That's my hope, that's where my mind wanders.
Maybe I shouldn't be so focused on money, but I can't help but think of all the exciting things that could be done with it. I find joy in seeing the reaction on people's face when something they've needed is given to them, no strings attached, life changing things...not just silly things.
I dream of me and Ryan living in a home with lots of land for Max to round around, and where our future kids can enjoy being kids. A place of love, peace, kindness and joy. I dream of a big garage for Ryan to do his thing. And a studio where I can do my thing.
Faith. What is it? Believing something you can't see...putting trust in something you can't touch, but knowing it's there. Faith is believing in God's timing, not my own. Faith is hanging on throughout the Journey, never falling off...or if you do...get back on and don't look back, only forward.
I hope my heart is in a good place when it wanders. I hope my Faith can bring about great things.
