This weekend was probably one of the more eventful weekends I've had in a while, and man was it fun!
It started with my nephews, Owen & Aidan, staying over night on Friday while they're parents celebrated their 10th Anniversary. We had fun eating pizza, playing in the park, watching movies, and reading stories and singing songs at bedtime.
Love these boys!
Here we are having a little camera fun... (I've decided that in these pictures Aidan reminds me of 'Squints' (sans glasses) from the movie 'The Sandlot'. - so cute!)

Saturday morning my sister Erin, and a few friends from my neighborhood went to see
ECLIPSE . SO GOOD! Here we are having a little fun in the photobooth outside the theatre (obviously I don't have a scanner, so forgive the old school way of scanning).

After the movie, I did some grocery shopping and prepared this yummy desert for after dinner with the
Fromm's.

After eating we headed outside and watch Ryan and Brian lite up the fireworks on our street. Lindsey and I had fun writing "Happy 4th of July" (you can see in the previous post).
Sunday was great! I loved singing "The Star Spangled Banner" for the closing Sacrament Hymn, especially with everyone standing up.
That night we drove around with the Fromm's, and came back home to finish up lighting the rest of the fireworks, and have even more fun with Sparklers. We were joined by the Shum's, Gray's and our newest neighbors. Oh man, it was fun! There were a few moments of fear when fireworks got a little out of control, and when the guys had a "plan" of what they were going to do next, which involved soda cans, and buckets. Serious pyro's there.

'Nuff said about the boys...

All in all is was a great weekend! I'm so happy to be home from work today too! :)
Hope your weekend was splendid!
