Ryan knows how much I love Shark Week on Discovery Channel. He also knows how mad I am that we don't get that station anymore. Ugh!
So, he surprised me one day by taking me to the Living Planet Aquarium because it's Shark Week over there. I had never been, but always wanted to go.
They had little sharks you could pet, and a big tank full of smaller reef sharks. Gosh, I love sharks!
I know I'm crazy for saying this, but it is my dream to go diving with sharks...I'd be in a cage of course so they couldn't get me. But man alive that would be awesome!
I also want to go to South Africa and take pictures of the "Air Jaws" as they're called. They're Great White Sharks that jump clear out of the water as they catch their prey. It's amazing!!!!! I would be in heaven seeing that in real life. oh man!
So, the aquarium was fun. Not like shark alley...but fun.
Afterwards we went to Rodizio in Salt Lake for a birthday lunch (since I'm on their birthday list).
I sure do love my Ryan. And I'm glad he let me take these pictures of us.
